Oversee and manage the full cycle of shoe product development. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage the full cycle of shoe product development. Check, influence, and confirm product specifications and material selections to ensure quality and consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Create, update, and maintain accurate development records and documentation. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including USA-based R&D and factories. Foster a collaborative team environment built on trust, respect, and open communication. Main R equirements : At least 3 years of experience in shoe development. Strong attention to detail with excellent project tracking abilities. Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing). Positive personality, willing to learn, adaptable, and team-oriented.
