Conduct customer conversations, workflow observation and Voice of Customer research to identify, validate and prioritise meaningful problems. - Champion user-centred product development: Represent the needs of end users throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insight, operational realities, usability and desired outcomes. - Shape regional product strategy and roadmaps: Partner with global Product leadership to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and influence roadmaps for Axon’s SaaS, cloud and connected-product portfolio across LATAM and Puerto Rico. - Translate insight into clear product direction: Turn customer needs, regional requirements and local constraints into well-defined problem statements, product briefs, user stories, requirements and prioritised initiatives for Product, Design and Engineering teams. - Lead end-to-end product delivery: Support localised features and product iterations from discovery and validation through definition, development, launch, measurement and continuous improvement. Monitor adoption, user feedback and product performance to inform future investment decisions. - Represent regional requirements globally: Bring the realities of LATAM and Puerto Rico into global product planning, including differences in infrastructure, connectivity, procurement models, regulations, language and operational practices. - Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and other stakeholders to balance user needs, commercial priorities, technical feasibility and product strategy. - Bridge Sales and Product: Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, multi-country opportunities. Help ensure customer commitments, product positioning and proposed solutions align with Axon’s roadmap and delivery capability. - Support tender and procurement success: Engage early in regional tenders, RFPs and procurement processes. Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, IoT, mobile or device-management ecosystems is strongly preferred. ### **Skills** - User-centred Product Management: You start with customer and end-user problems, use research and evidence to validate opportunities, and advocate for simple, intuitive product experiences. - Strong product and technical judgement: You can translate complex user and market needs into actionable product direction, make informed trade-offs and balance usability, business priorities, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility. - Product discovery and delivery: You are confident running discovery, defining problems and value propositions, shaping requirements and working directly with Engineers and Designers to deliver high-quality products end to end. - Strategic problem-solving: You bring structure to ambiguity, identify high-impact opportunities and drive alignment across diverse teams and countries. - Regional and commercial awareness: You understand how local market conditions, customer needs, procurement processes and commercial opportunities should inform—but not fragment—a scalable global product strategy. - Technical fluency: You can understand and communicate the value of cloud software, SaaS platforms, integrations and connected-device ecosystems without needing to be an Engineer. - Clear communication: You communicate with precision and influence, turning complex customer, technical and market information into clear, actionable narratives for different audiences. - Execution focus: You bring rigour to prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, documentation and follow-through across distributed teams. - Adaptability and resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and maintain focus through changing market dynamics, customer priorities and regional complexity. ### **Languages** Fluency in English and Spanish is required. ### **Why You’ll Love This Role** - Meaningful product impact: Shape products that help public-safety professionals capture, manage and use critical digital evidence. - True product ownership: Bring the voice of LATAM and Puerto Rico customers and end users into global product strategy and delivery. - Complex, high-impact challenges: Work at the intersection of SaaS, cloud technology, connected devices and public safety across diverse markets. - Direct customer engagement: Work closely with high-profile agencies, regional Sales and Customer Success teams, and global Product and Engineering partners. - Growth and influence: Your insight, product judgement and initiative will directly influence Axon’s product success and expansion across LATAM and Puerto Rico.
