Lead project, phase, business, and governance reviews; maintain decision records, meeting minutes, action and issue logs, dashboards, and other required communications. - **Stakeholder and Customer Focus:** Understand stakeholder and customer needs, establish clear expectations, communicate progress proactively, and identify opportunities to improve cross-functional outcomes and the project experience. - **Process Discipline and Compliance:** Ensure project activities and documentation comply with current policies, procedures, quality-system requirements, and CTG PMO standards.
