This role runs the internal rhythm of the business, removes operational friction from the executive’s plate, and ensures critical priorities, decisions, and deliverables move forward without delay. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to keep complex initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with workflow and tracking tools, as well as executive presentation tools. Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks, and solve problems before they escalate.
