Here, transparency and trust are core to how we operate, and every person has the opportunity to make a visible impact. If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career. In this role, you will be a key driver of pipeline creation and acceleration for Gong's Corporate segment, spanning Commercial (SMB) and Mid-Market segments. You'll design and execute scalable demand generation programs that bring in high-quality, marketing-sourced pipeline so our AEs and SDRs can spend more time closing and less time prospecting. As a dedicated Marketing partner to Corporate Sales leadership, you'll be the tip of the spear for representing everything marketing does for this segment. You'll partner across channel owners to build a cohesive demand plan that leans on high-velocity, scalable channels (digital, content, webinars, lifecycle, and inbound conversion) and deliver and report on results. You'll partner closely with Sales, SDR, and GTM Ops while orchestrating across cross-functional Marketing teams, including Demand Generation, Growth, Product and Solutions Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, and Events. Your mandate is simple: build a scalable, AI-forward revenue marketing engine that delivers predictable, high-quality sourced pipeline for Commercial and Mid-Market segments, and keep testing your way to a better one. ##### RESPONSIBILITIES - **Own the number:** Drive to quarterly sourced pipeline targets for the Corporate segments, with a focus on volume, quality, and conversion. Track deals beyond the MQL-to-SQL handoff, and hold yourself accountable for what converts to revenue. - **Own the relationship:** Serve as the lead Revenue Marketing partner to Corporate sales leadership. Join weekly leadership meetings, forecast calls, and QBRs as a true thought partner. - **Build the Corporate demand strategy:** Develop and execute a unified demand plan built for scale. Work with channel owners to determine the right mix of paid digital, content, webinars, email, website conversion, and targeted campaigns to drive net-new logos. - **Lead with AI and automation:** Use tools like Clay, Claude, and AI agents to build enrichment, targeting, personalization, and orchestration workflows that let a lean team operate at scale. - **Test relentlessly:** Bring a first-principles, experimentation mindset. Launch quickly, measure honestly, double down on winners, and sunset what isn't working. Be scrappy and creative with limited resources. - **Be the connective tissue:** Surface and package everything happening across Gong that Corporate sales can take advantage of, like webinars, events, campaigns, and proactively communicate what's happening, what's planned, and how reps can use it. Work across GTM Ops, SDR, and AE teams to keep plans aligned and executed. - **Be self-sufficient with data:** Own program measurement end-to-end. Independently pull and analyze funnel and pipeline data, and bring action-oriented insights to pipeline meetings that go beyond reporting to recommendations. ##### QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with significant experience driving pipeline for SMB, Commercial, and/or Mid-Market sales motions - Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and driving measurable revenue impact in close partnership with Sales - Deep hands-on expertise in scalable demand generation channels: paid digital, content, webinars, email, direct mail, and inbound conversion optimization - Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tools (e.g., Clay, Claude, workflow agents) and a track record of using them to do more with less - A testing mindset: comfortable designing experiments, reading results, and iterating quickly - Strong sales acumen and executive presence, with the ability to act as a thought partner to, and challenge, senior sales leaders - Analytical and outcomes-oriented, with experience building systems to track deal progression across the full funnel - Experience building programs from ambiguity in a lean, fast-moving environment ##### PERKS & BENEFITS - We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs. - Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle. - Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching. - 401(k) program to help you invest in your future. - Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development. - Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend. - Paid parental leave to support you and your family. - Company-wide recharge days each quarter. - Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment. **The annual salary hiring range for this position is $134,000 - $210,000 USD.** Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location.
