We are committed to a remote-first culture that enables you to thrive in your role—no need to relocate. ### The Role As a **Senior Salesforce Developer**, you’ll help design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued. ### What You’ll Be Doing - Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. - Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.). - Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions. - Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices. ### What You Bring - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience - Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules - Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar) - Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.) - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.) - Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies - Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher) - Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection - Eligible to work in the U.S. - **Required to have a Canadian passport or a valid US visitor visa to enter the US and attend meetings.** ### Why You’ll Love Working Here We take care of our people.
