As Sr. Structural Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all structural engineering activities are executed with the highest levels of quality, safety, and compliance across large-scale infrastructure projects. Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification highly preferred. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in structural engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior management role. Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams.
