Responsible for creating design of module, structures and fixtures in mechanical. Carry out to complete the design process such as studies of feasibility, conceptual detailed design using 3D solid modeling, analysis, procurement prototype parts, assembly, testing and troubleshooting, etc. Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide seamless integration and testing at the system and subsystem level. Manage suppliers to ensure design specifications are met. Responsible for executing environmental and transportation testing such as vibration, shock & temperature. Work out product concerns throughout the product phases. In-charge of thermal management, vibration control, purge flow analysis & image contamination. Other ad hoc task as assigned. Requirements With Doctorate (Academic) in Mechanical Engineering or it’s equivalent. At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals (drawing specifications, design principles, fabrication methods, etc). Prior experience in R&D in designing mechanical precision design.
