Your focus will be on developing reliable, high-quality and robust workforce planning for field staff. In doing so, you will be in regular contact with field staff and the relevant business units. Your responsibilities will include: Capacity planning based on revenue forecasts Rostering for office and field staff, including train drivers, shunters and wagon supervisors Coordinating duty rosters with staff Commissioning external service providers to supply staff Drawing up duty instructions Monitoring of staff planning and its implementation Capacity planning on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Planning staff deployment Monitoring and ensuring staff competencies Prioritising measures and tasks KPI tracking and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators KPI-based analyses for performance evaluation Development and implementation of improvement measures Reaching agreements with suppliers regarding the required capacity Drawing up duty rosters in accordance with working time regulations
