Staff Product Manager

Job description

## **Unleash AI Innovators, Securely** Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it. Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust. **Why this role?** As a **Staff Product Manager** in Snyk's Agent Security division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure AI applications at scale. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to shape early-stage products from the ground up, operating with the agility of a startup while leveraging the scale of an industry leader. ### **What You’ll Do** - **Lead** new product discovery from idea to execution by partnering with engineers, designers, and customers to identify high-potential opportunities in AI security and beyond. - **Validate** problem-solution fit by designing lean experiments and MVPs to quickly validate customer problems and solution approaches. - **Shape** the vision and roadmap for the capabilities that you own, balancing short-term experiments with long-term strategic bets. - **Influence** the broader innovation agenda by presenting roadmap and strategy to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders. - **Collaborate** cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take new ideas from concept to product-market fit. ### **What You Bring** - You have **solid** experience in technology, with strong experience in a product management role. - You bring a strong technical background and the ability to engage deeply with engineering and AI/ML concepts. - You are comfortable with high ambiguity and can design frameworks to execute effectively in fast-moving, uncertain environments. - You have a proven track record of taking early-stage products from concept to launch within SaaS or developer tooling. - You have strong communication and storytelling skills to influence across teams, leadership, and customers. ### **It’d Be Awesome If You Also…** - Have hands-on experience in developer security, AI/ML products, or agentic systems. - Contribute to open-source or developer communities. - Have a background in software engineering or have worked in a startup or internal incubator environment. - Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team. - Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. ## **About Snyk** Snyk is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging environment where our employees can thrive as we rally behind our common mission to make the digital world a safer place.
