Familiarity with tools such as Asana or Notion, or a project management certification, is also helpful. **What you can expect:** - Lead strategic programs across customer engagement, including Voice of Customer, customer content, advocacy, and related initiatives. - Establish clear plans, owners, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and operating rhythms that improve visibility and execution. - Build scalable ways to collect, synthesize, and activate customer feedback, connecting insights to decisions, communications, and measurable improvements. - Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer journeys, handoffs, feedback loops, and other important moments across the customer lifecycle. - Partner with Customer Experience, Go To Market (GTM), Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and other teams to manage tradeoffs and deliver shared outcomes. - Present concise, recommendation-led updates in team meetings, company forums, and executive discussions. - Support rollout, communications, enablement, and adoption for new programs, processes, tools, and ways of working, while identifying opportunities for simplification and automation. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. **Our approach to work** We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work.
