This role will involve line managing other Project Managers, driving process improvements and ambitious goals in the team, and contributing to the delivery of successful client integrations. Within our Integrations team, the Project Managers work alongside our Integration Engineers, with individual pairs assigned to a client integration project. The Project Manager’s focus is on understanding the client’s objectives and guiding them through the process from integration kick-off to actively using the Ravelin product(s). Your focus will be mostly on coaching others to deliver, more than leading day-to-day client project activities. In this role, you will also be working closely with many other teams within Ravelin, bringing everything together for a successful outcome for our clients.
