What you will do • Lead the comprehensive bid process with a commitment to precision and excellence. • Employ research expertise to identify project-specific pricing for labor, equipment, and materials. • Skillfully interpret technical specifications for accurate and meticulous bidding. • Execute thorough quantity take-offs, guaranteeing precision in contract specifications and pricing. • Foster a client-centric approach, aligning proposed bids with project feasibility. • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients. • Provide valuable assistance to the team, actively contributing to a collaborative office environment. This role could be for you if you have • Must be currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Qualities such as versatile, curious, meticulous, and eager to actively participate. • Passion for the construction industry.
