What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technicians and sales associates Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more — hands-on tech every day Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and celebrate wins Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and trust Keep operations running smoothly — manage inventory, workflow, and team scheduling Crush KPIs and earn uncapped bonuses for top performance What We Offer: $17/hour base pay + monthly bonus plan (uncapped earnings!)
