Store Manager (Bondi Junction)

Job description

We’ve built an iconic online brand, and now we’re bringing Princess Polly from URL to IRL with Bondi at the heart of it all. As our Bondi Junction Store Manager, you’ll be the ultimate vibe setter, leading from the front and creating an in-store experience that feels unmistakably Polly. You’ll own the sales floor, drive commercial performance and build a team that brings our brand, product and community to life every day. This is more than managing a store. It’s an opportunity to shape how Princess Polly shows up in real life, create a culture your team is proud to be part of and help define what great looks like as our Australian retail presence continues to grow. What You’ll Do Own the performance: Drive sales and key KPIs, including conversion, ATV and UPT, while balancing commercial results with an unforgettable customer experience. Lead the vibe: Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team that lives and breathes Polly, creating an environment where people feel empowered to do their best. Create the experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and bring our brand, campaigns and community to life on the shop floor. Keep it iconic: Own visual merchandising, store presentation and product storytelling to keep the store looking fresh, inspiring and unmistakably Polly. Make it commercial: Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through to maximise availability and keep the store shoppable. Own the operation: Manage rostering, wage control, reporting, compliance, cash handling and loss prevention with confidence and accountability. Bring the bigger picture to life: Partner with our Head of Retail and HQ teams to execute campaigns, activations and initiatives that elevate the in-store experience. Celebrate the wins: Create momentum, recognise great work and make every shift one your team wants to be part of. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading a high-volume retail store, ideally within fashion or a fast-paced, customer-led environment. Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving sales, managing KPIs and maximising store performance. A natural ability to lead, coach and develop teams, building a culture of accountability, energy and high performance. A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for creating memorable, brand-led experiences. A strong eye for visual merchandising, product presentation and bringing campaigns to life. Confidence managing store operations, including rostering, wage control, stock management and compliance. A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. What Success Looks Like Commercial performance: Consistently delivering sales targets and key KPIs, using insights to identify opportunities and drive results. A high-performing team: Building an engaged, capable team that lives and breathes Polly and takes pride in what they do. An unforgettable customer experience: Bringing our online brand to life through exceptional service and meaningful customer connections. Operational excellence: Balancing customer experience, team productivity and profitability while keeping the store running smoothly. A culture that sets the standard: Creating an energetic, inclusive environment that celebrates wins and reflects the Polly vibe. If you’re a commercially driven retail leader who knows how to build an incredible team, create standout customer experiences and make a store your own, we want to hear from you.
