# Strategic Account Manager, Cruise Partners > WorldVia · 30076, United States (Remote) · Full-time · Posted 2026-09-08 **Workplace:** remote **Department:** Partner Relations & Trade Sales ## Description The Strategic Account Manager, Cruise Partners owns WorldVia's top-tier cruise-line relationships. This role is the single point of contact for each cruise-line partner, replacing today's pattern of requests across multiple staff. The manager leads contract renewals, amendments, and co-op marketing negotiations, keeping cruise-side deals moving with clear, consistent ownership. ## Requirements - Own the relationship strategy and day-to-day management for WorldVia's top-tier cruise-line partners. - Lead contract renewals and amendments with cruise suppliers, including coordinating internal sign-off and legal review. - Negotiate co-op marketing agreements and funding commitments with cruise-line partners. - Serve as the single point of contact for each strategic cruise-line account including; Conducting periodic business and marketing reviews with these partners to ensure WorldVia is aligned with their strategic focus in an effort to maximize revenue. - Formulate an annual Marketing and Events plan and ensure execution of same with Events and Marketing teams. - Track every open cruise-line negotiation, dispute, or ask (contract, marketing, booking-transfer, or otherwise) and drive it to resolution. - Coordinate with the Group Cruise Sales Manager to ensure group strategy and account-level relationship strategy stay aligned. - Ability to travel up to 30%. **Qualifications** - **Experience in the travel industry is a must have for this role.** - 5+ years of experience in partner relations, account management, or supplier negotiation within the cruise or broader travel industry. - Established relationships with, or demonstrated ability to build relationships with, major cruise-line group and sales desks. - Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and co-op marketing agreements. - Strong organizational skills; able to manage several concurrent, high-value negotiations without letting any one thread go stale. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent partner needs credibly in front of senior leadership. ## Benefits **What We Offer** - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses - Employer-Sponsored Medical and Dental Insurance with Employee Contribution - Fully-Funded Life Insurance (1x salary) & LTD (Long-Term Disability Insurance) - Optional Employee-Paid Vision Insurance and STD (Short-Term Disability Insurance) - 401k with up to 4% Company Match - Paid Time Off + Company Holidays - Additional Time Off for Your Birthday and Work Anniversary - Discount Travel Program - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - Travel industry perks and discounts - Collaborative and innovative work environment **Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Statement** WorldVia is an equal opportunity employer.
