As a Strategy Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in defining enterprise strategy, shaping operating models, and leading end-to-end workstreams from hypothesis to executive-ready outcomes. The way Australia's largest organisations compete is changing - fast. AI, regulatory shifts, evolving customer expectations and new market entrants are reshaping the strategic landscape across financial services, mining and beyond. Strategy& is where that thinking happens - and we're looking for Managers ready to step into the centre of it. Strategy& is PwC's global strategy consulting business. In Australia, we define enterprise strategy, design operating models and deliver transformation for clients navigating complex, high-stakes change. Our work runs from strategy through to execution - and our clients expect us to bridge the two.
