Strategy & Consulting | PPA Functional Consultant – CFO & Enterprise Value

About the Role We are looking for an EPM Functional Consultant to join our CFO & Enterprise Value practice. The role focuses on Finance Transformation initiatives across Financial Close & Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), helping clients improve finance processes and decision-making capabilities. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize Finance processes, including Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting. Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional solution designs. Support EPM implementation projects from design through deployment. Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials, and user documentation. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver successful transformation programs. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to Finance transformation initiatives. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, EPM Consulting, Financial Close & Consolidation, FP&A, or related Finance functions. Strong understanding of accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes. Experience participating in business process improvement or system implementation initiatives. Advanced Excel skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English level. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EPM platforms such as SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), Oracle FCCS, OneStream, or Anaplan. Exposure to Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, and Performance Management processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with senior Finance stakeholders in transformation programs.
