Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. Responsibilities - Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations - Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations - Providing strategic guidance and insights to enhance overall business performance - Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform client strategies - Developing and implementing effective strategies that align with client business objectives - Utilizing analytical thinking and business process consulting to drive business transformation - Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder relationships - Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and support client needs - Interpreting data to generate insights and inform strategic planning - Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain - Demonstrating proficiency in business process improvement and strategic planning - Utilizing analytical thinking to inform data-driven insights and recommendations - Excelling in business strategy and transformation for health services - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments - Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis - Developing customer experience strategies to enhance client satisfaction Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
