Job Description You will be joining one of six teams/sections (located in Berlin, Essen, Erfurt or Mannheim) belonging to the Water Service Area in Germany managed by Ralf Janyga (Net sale over €10 million). This Unit has currently approximately 90 employees including some who are already located in Poland and looking for further growth. Focus for this group is on projects related to wastewater treatment plants. You key responsibilities are: Designing industrial and concrete structures (e.g. basins and pumping stations) Collaborating within cross-functional teams Providing regular updates and reports to Project Managers Qualifications Must have: Minimum 2 years of experience in designing concrete structures/buildings Strong team player with good collaboration skills English proficiency at B2–C1 level Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word Good to have: Experience in the design of wastewater treatment plants or similar industrial structures Understanding of key disciplines and interfaces within industrial plant projects Experience working on German projects and familiarity with German standards Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new skills Additional Information To individuals who join our team, we offer: Employment based on an employment contract Private medical insurance, life assurance, sport card (Multisport) and a social found Exciting and challenging projects Personal development opportunities Friendly working atmosphere in a multidisciplinary and international team Helping to shape a sustainable future Available office locations for this position are either in Poznań, Kraków or Łódź.
