Join ECCO and get hands-on experience with tools like Ardoq, Coupa and Confluence while supporting enterprise architecture, data governance and application management. Your week lives inside Ardoq and Confluence At our office in Copenhagen, you will become part of our Digital Strategy & Simplification Team. You will work closely with your team, while reaching into both business and IT whenever a question needs an answer from the other side. More specifically, you will: Maintain and update architecture information in Ardoq, structuring data on business capabilities, processes, applications, ownership, lifecycle and data domains, and improving its quality, consistency and completeness Support mapping between capabilities, processes, applications, data and organizational areas, and turn that mapping into dashboards and reports Maintain and improve documentation in Confluence Assist the Procurement team with contract uploads, content structuring, data preparation, testing and validation Support application portfolio management - data collection, quality checks, reporting and insights - and pick up ad-hoc tasks across Enterprise Architecture, Master Data Management, data governance and procurement Your job runs 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility built around your studies and exam periods. Structured, curious, and not afraid of scattered data We are looking for a student who is structured, curious, and eager to learn: Someone who can sit with incomplete information and still see where it belongs. We also imagine that you: Are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, for example within IT, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, Enterprise Architecture or a similar field Bring an analytical approach to problem-solving Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, systems, documentation and visual structures Are curious about how business and IT intersect in a global organization, comfortable with digital tools, and willing to learn new platforms Communicate clearly, can turn complex information into simple documentation and visuals, and are proficient in English, written and spoken More than a short-term stop Should your path ever take you there, ECCO also offers room to move internally – into another role, function or location. And if you stumble along the way, you'll find colleagues ready to help you back on track. Are you up for your next challenge? If you are curious, structured, and motivated to work at the intersection of business, IT, data, procurement, and AI, we would like to hear from you.
