Student Assistant - Portfolio & Product Management

Job description

The Impact You'll Make We are looking for a student to help our Portfolio Director and Product Managers keep a wide range of activities moving. You will work with colleagues across Product Management, Sales, Marketing and R&D, and gain a practical view of how products are developed, launched and supported in global markets. This is a role for someone who likes bringing people and information together, enjoys solving everyday problems and is willing to learn. We will teach you the product and portfolio skills you need. What matters most to us is your attitude, initiative and ability to follow things through. What You’ll Be Doing Help plan and coordinate workshops, team discussions, customer visits and market meetings. Prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and actions, and follow up with the people involved. Support Product Managers with launch activities, market communication, training sessions and sales materials. Bring together customer and market input so the team can see open questions, opportunities and next steps. Help keep plans, activity lists and shared information clear and up to date. Suggest simpler ways to organize our work and contribute skills or ideas that are new to the team. The work will vary from week to week. You might help arrange a customer visit one day and coordinate input for a product launch the next. As you learn, you will be able to take ownership of defined activities. What We're Looking For You are a student in any field of study. We welcome different backgrounds and perspectives. You are curious, approachable and comfortable working with different people. You can make sense of an unclear task, ask useful questions and find a practical next step. You are organized and reliable: when you agree to do something, you follow it through. You bring a positive attitude and a sense of humor to a busy team. You are interested in working close to full time and expect to retain student status for a longer period. You can communicate clearly in English. You do not need previous product management experience. Experience with organizing activities, preparing clear materials or using digital tools is welcome, but your willingness to learn matters more. What You'll Get from Us You will work alongside experienced Product Managers and see how a global product portfolio connects customer needs, market opportunities, product development and launches. You will meet colleagues from different functions and markets, take part in real business activities and receive guidance as your responsibilities grow. Selection process We will include a few short, practical exercises in the selection process. They will reflect the kind of work you would do in the role, such as organizing information, planning an activity or proposing a solution to an everyday coordination problem. Our Commitment to Transparency Salary ranges listed reflect only primary location and currency. For local salary ranges and specific benefits in your preferred hiring location, please ask your Talent Acquisition representative for more information. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Any benefits listed do not promise or guarantee any particular benefit or specific action. They may depend on country or contract specifics and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
