RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Subject Matter Expert | Professional and Administrative Support Services [DOE-PASS961966] Provide expert technical, managerial, and administrative guidance for problem definition, analysis, and resolution in highly complex systems. Lead efforts in defining and developing requirements for large-scale, intricate systems across the organization. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability. Offer organization-wide recommendations on system improvements and optimization efforts based on technical and managerial insights.
