Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), or other qualified substance abuse professional meeting state requirements to provide on-site substance abuse prevention, education, and counseling services within a federally supported residential youth program in Monroe, Virginia 24574 . Our client operates a comprehensive residential program serving young adults, ages 16–24 . The program's mission is to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living through education, career development, healthcare, and supportive services. This role provides direct substance abuse prevention and intervention services while collaborating closely with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment. Position Overview This is a contract position with full-time availability . Multiple part-time clinicians may also be considered . Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends required Location: On-site in Monroe, VA (no telehealth or remote option) Scheduling flexibility is available to support student engagement and program needs, including occasional presence during afternoon or early evening hours. Key Responsibilities The counselor will provide comprehensive on-site substance abuse prevention and counseling services while maintaining an active presence throughout the residential campus.
