In this role, the intern will help analyze workflows and datasets, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and develop practical tools, models, dashboards, or visualizations that support business process optimization and decision-making. - Ideal candidates are curious, analytical thinkers who enjoy working at the intersection of data, technology, and business. Candidates should have experience with programming or data tools (e.g., Python, VBA, or similar), along with an interest in applying quantitative methods and practical solutions to real-world operational challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations are valued as much as coding ability. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Analysis of big data to generate insightful reports and visualizations - Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements - Develop and maintain automate processes for data collection and analysis - Identify trends in data to provide actionable insights - Support decision making processes by conducting thorough data analysis and presenting findings - Manage key metrics reporting for organization **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** - Experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Preferred: Python, R, VBA, Tableau **REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:** - Pursing BS in Business/Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related field Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
