Summer Internship Program 2027 (Engineering & Industrial Functions) - Houston, TX LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS Location: Houston, TX and surrounding areas such as Bay City and Conroe. Duration: 10 Weeks (Summer 2027) This is a pool posting for Tenaris' 2027 Summer Internship Program. The Tenaris Summer Internship Program is an immersive, project-based experience designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to the manufacturing and energy industry. Interns are assigned a business-critical project that contributes to process improvements, operational efficiencies, standardization initiatives, and/or cost reduction opportunities within the organization. Throughout the 10-week program, interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, build their professional network, and present their final project recommendations to company leadership. Responsibilities Lead assigned projects focused on improving business and operational performance. Analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization. Assist in developing standard procedures, reports, and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project objectives. Participate in site visits, meetings, and professional development activities. Present project findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship. Potential Areas of Assignment Projects may be available within: Industrial Operations Engineering Maintenance Maintenance Engineering Quality HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Production Planning Continuous Improvement Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Environmental Engineering Occupational Safety & Health Computer Engineering/ Data Science Other related technical disciplines Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029 preferred. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and analyze technical or operational data. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Interest in manufacturing, industrial operations, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
