Our Client is 92 years Young and was living independently until Recently, . Her mobility has declined since being in hospital and her daughters are very surprised to find how much support their mother needs. She is now thought to have had a stroke or mini-stroke and they have discovered she has lost her vision on her left side. She is currently not really eating very much but is drinking fluids. A four wheeled walker is arriving and a wheelchair is available for outdoors. Main live-in duties will be: Flannel strip wash Assisting to toilet – passing toilet roll / adjusting clothing Hair wash Drink / food prep (minimal food prep as one of the daughters will take care of that when they are there – which will be often – they have upstairs use). £35pw food allowance for Live-in Water plants – using watering can/bucket as currently a hose pipe ban Light cleaning / tidying / straightening up Previous care experience is required Care Requirements - Support Needed by Client Select from the list below the support required by the client by deleting any that are not appropriate: Bathing & personal grooming Companionship Helping with mobility Help keeping active Light housework Meal preparation Medication reminders Running errands Toilet & continence care Trips out of the house
