Brave Health is stepping up to close this gap by making mental health care accessible, affordable, and life-changing for all. **Job Description** We are seeking a **1099 Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist** to support our growing telehealth team in a **supervisory-only capacity**. This role focuses exclusively on **NP collaboration and supervision**—**no direct patient care** is required. As a supervising psychiatrist, you’ll partner with our Nurse Practitioners to provide clinical guidance, case consultation, chart reviews/audits, and input on internal practice standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care across our virtual behavioral health programs. This position is **fully remote**, offering flexible, work-from-home hours. Ideal candidates are comfortable practicing in a virtual environment and are energized by the intersection of quality, technology, and access. **Skills** - Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for serving those in need - Adaptable to technology, including telehealth software, comfortable with video communication and the use of EHR’s. - Responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails during business hours. - Prior experience in a collaborative role with Nurse Practitioners - Experience in Addiction, SMI, SUD, Dual Diagnosis - Experience working with children and adolescent psychiatry patients - Active DEA - Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 **Qualifications** - MD or DO; **must be willing to obtain additional state licenses**. Florida, Illinois, and/or New York state licenses highly preferred - Board certified in Psychiatry required; child/adolescent psychiatry board certified a plus - Experience with and knowledge of managed care, Medicaid and private payers - Prior Supervising/Collaborative Physician Experience with Nurse Practitioners a plus - Experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Treatment - Prior telehealth experience - Eligibility to work in the United States.
