Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations. Experience managing warehouse operations and logistics service providers. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (MM / SD / WM/EWM is an advantage). Experience participating in SAP implementation or system improvement projects. Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation operations. Experience writing SOPs and process documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. English – Upper Intermediate or higher.
