Escalation on team issues should be resolve in consultation with vertical head - Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and ability to review accounting entries - Manage the team to meet the defined timelines, and adequate time management - Any other initiative on organization level **What you'll need:** - Minimum 3+ year of experience in Financial reporting / GL accounting / RTR post qualification - Qualification – Qualified CA - Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation - Self-motivated - Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach - Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally - Well organised with strength in prioritizing - Flexible attitude to achieve results. **Who you'll be working with:** - Global stakeholders - RTR leadership **Note : We are preferring Mumbai based candidates.** **Who you are:** **You're open*:*** we are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
