Significance, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Senior Program Manager for an anticipated federal program. Responsibilities include: • Provide support to ensure Agency compliance with current financial management and accounting requirements and reform initiatives, such as Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) accounting statements/concepts, OMB circulars and bulletins, OSD Comptroller guidance, the DoD Financial Management Regulation, and other Federal/DoD requirements. • Provide quality assurance (QA) functions to include reviewing completed work for accuracy of data and information, compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards and regulations, and error-free documentation prior to submission to Government. • Be knowledgeable and capable of assisting in the preparation of DoD Information Technology Investment Portal /Select & Native Programming Data Input System for Information Technology (DITIP/SNAP-IT) reporting, DoD Information Technology Portfolio Registry (DITPR) reporting, DoD Data Center Inventory Management (DCIM) System, Integrated Business Framework – Data Alignment Portal (IBF-DAP) reporting. ### Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related field. - Ten (10) years of IT Technical and Program Management experience. - Five (5) years of experience in DoD capital investment planning, strategic planning, technical analysis, and compliance activities. - Experience with DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency) is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Access, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and Visio. - Demonstrated experience presenting to and engaging with senior civilians. - TOP SECRET Clearance is required (TS/SCI)
