Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) Job Description: As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will have full end-to-end ownership of your portfolio, playing a crucial role in selecting the most suitable suppliers for cabin products. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a quality-assured project launch. Post-serial production, you will actively engage with suppliers, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining a zero-defect mindset. Key Responsibilities: Conduct reviews of technical specifications (RTS), APQP, PPAP, and perform various audits at supplier locations. Develop and maintain a robust network of stakeholders, including suppliers, engineering teams, and production plants. Drive risk management across sourcing, project execution, and production. Qualifications: Strong leadership skills with a results-driven approach. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
