Supply Chain Coordinator

Job description

Key Responsibilities Manage purchase orders from creation through to receipt and costing Coordinate sea, air and courier shipments with freight forwarders and service providers Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliations Manage local supply and export orders Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities Maintain accurate ERP and CRM data Monitor ageing and expired inventory Investigate and resolve claims and supply chain issues Prepare supply chain reports and KPI tracking Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities Manage supplier, carrier and warehouse service relationships Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders including Customer Services, Warehousing and Commercial teams
