Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program Ready to make a real impact from day one? The Campbell's Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program is a dynamic 12-week experience designed to give you hands-on exposure to one of the world's most iconic food companies. As an intern, you'll work on meaningful business projects that directly support our operations, products, and customers while gaining a comprehensive view of how our end-to-end supply chain powers Campbell's brands. You'll take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present your recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the program. Along the way, you'll receive mentorship, coaching, and feedback from experienced professionals, including your manager, executive sponsors, and business leaders invested in your success. What We're Looking For Rising Senior or Graduate Student (December 2027 or May 2028 grad date) Majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Strong leadership potential and a drive to learn Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities Effective communicator and collaborative team player Adaptable, curious, and eager to tackle new challenges Work Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
