Job Summary: Responsible for managing relationships with Long Lead Equipment (LLE) vendors and ensuring smooth aftersales support. Focuses on vendor performance, delivery assurance, and post-delivery service to support operational and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vendor Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for LLE vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (projects, operations, engineering) to resolve vendor-related issues. Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 2. Aftersales Support Manage post-delivery support, including warranty claims for LLE. Coordinate service requests, maintenance, and critical repairs with vendors and internal teams. Ensure proper handover of spare parts and technical documentation (drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, equipment asset lists, etc.) for installed equipment. Track and report service activities to management for performance evaluation and improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in vendor management or aftersales support, preferably with Long Lead Equipment. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with vendor management systems and project tracking tools. DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
