Supply Chain Specialist

Specifically, you will: - Own **demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering** for assigned categories - Manage supplier operational performance and ensure SLA compliance (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times) - Partner with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health - Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering - Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers - Track and act on key metrics such as forecast accuracy, shrink and availability ## **What we’re looking for** - 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management or similar role - Strong analytical mindset and communication skills - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus - Experience in FMCG, grocery retail or e-commerce is an advantage - Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is a plus - Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English ## **What’s in it for you** - **Fair reward -** You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics.
