You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence. We are looking for Survey Office Technicians who are experienced in CAD and interested in being subject matter experts in renewable energy, land development, and construction projects. - **Resourceful Support:** - Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures. - **CAD Proficiency:** - Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards. - **Drawing Production:** - Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Land Divisions, Right of Way Dedications, construction layouts, and construction staking. - **Survey Data Analysis:** - Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, easement documents, and Condominium Exhibit B documents. - **Plan Modification:** - Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely. - **Workflow Coordination:** - Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 2+ years of previous AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required - Experience with ALTA surveys, plot plans, as-builts, and boundary surveys preferred - Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred - High School Diploma Required, Associated Degree preferred #LI-WS1 **Atwell Benefits:** To attract and retain the best professionals in the industry, we aim to provide an excellent working environment and a progressive benefits program designed to support your personal and professional needs. **Work/Life:** - Generous Paid Time Off - Paid Parental Leave - Flexible work schedules are available for some positions - Tenure Awards — Travel Vouchers to see the world based on your travel preferences **Compensation:** - Competitive Compensation packages - Annual bonuses, spot bonuses and peer recognition awards - 401K match - 1:1 up to 4% of compensation - Tuition Assistance - Student Loan Repayment - Paid Licensing / Certification Fees and Renewals - Financial Rewards for Obtaining Licensure - Employee Referrals - Annual Wellness Reimbursement for anything wellness related (Gym memberships, fitness tracker, home gym equipment, etc.) - Dependent Care Match **‘Atwell’ness:** - Medical (BC/BS), Dental (Delta), and Vision (VSP) - Family Planning & IVF Benefits - Pet Insurance - Health Savings Account & Flex Spending Account options - Employer paid LTD, STD, and life insurance - Metlife Supplemental Benefits covering accident, hospitalization, and critical illness - Member Assistance Program (MAP) with complimentary counseling sessions, legal benefits, financial consultations, and work/life referral services
