You’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert ensuring every study runs smoothly — from setup through clean, balanced data delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in precision and process improvement. **Responsibilities** - Configure and launch online surveys, ensuring correct targeting, sampling, and logic before fielding begins - Monitor live survey progress to ensure balanced sampling, consistent completion rates, and reliable responses - Conduct quality assurance checks to identify irregularities such as incomplete responses, speeders, or demographic imbalances - Collaborate with research, data, or engineering teams to troubleshoot fielding or platform issues - Maintain detailed documentation of survey launches, checks, and resolutions - Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency ## Requirements - Proven experience in survey operations, data quality, market research, or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and online survey platforms - Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, and CSM tools - Excellent communication and time-management skills - Interest in data, research, or technology-driven workflows - Familiarity with sampling methods, panel management tools, or APIs/integrations between survey platforms is a plus ## Benefits Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
