Job description

Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Front Office Product Management. Proven track record in leading and launching new structured products. People management and team leadership experience is highly preferred. Technical & Product Knowledge Degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of structured product payoffs across: Equity Derivatives (EQD) Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) Foreign Exchange Derivatives (FXD) Structured Investment Products Familiarity with product governance, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. Project & Systems Implementation Hands-on experience in front-office trading system implementation and enhancement projects. Ability to work effectively with Trading, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Project Management teams. Experience in managing cross-functional and regional initiatives. Programming & Automation Skills Strong automation mindset with practical programming skills. Proficiency in Excel Formula and VBA. Capable of translating business requirements into system enhancements and automation solutions. Leadership Competencies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to independently drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced front-office environment.
