SweatHouz Mosaic Studio Manager

Job description

**Traction Wellness Group is hiring for one of our SweatHouz studios!** Traction Wellness Group is hiring a Studio Manager for **SweatHouz Mosaic** in the Mosaic District (Fairfax, VA). SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise in the world, with 100+ open locations and 300+ licenses sold. It brings contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge) to people through private suite experiences. Traction Wellness Group operates SweatHouz studios across five states, and we're still adding more. A quick note before you read on. Most job posts are a list of duties. We wrote this one so the right person reads it and thinks "that's me," and everyone else saves us both some time. **The job, honestly** You run the studio from the floor, not a back office. Most of your week is the business itself: the team, the schedule, the numbers. You'll also tour first-timers, close memberships, and coach your sales associates on their pitch, because that's how you know what's actually working. Then you look at the numbers and decide what this week needs in order to hit the monthly goals. You are the standard. The team's energy, the state of the suites, the conversion rate on tours: within about 60 days, all of it looks like you. **This is not for you if…** - **You want to manage from a desk.** The Studio Manager is the best salesperson and the best host in the building, not the person behind a door. - **Sales targets make you flinch.** We love wellness too, but this studio has monthly sales goals and a revenue target, and you'll be measured on both, every month. - **You need your schedule handed to you.** You build the schedule, you keep the studio fully staffed, and when a Saturday shift goes uncovered, that's you. Peak hours include evenings and weekends. - **You wait to be told.** If something's broken (a process, a pattern in the numbers, a suite that keeps getting missed), we expect you to have started fixing it before anyone asks. If that list sounds exhausting, no hard feelings. This isn't your job. If it sounds like a normal Tuesday, keep reading. **What you'll own** - **Player/coach:** Lead by example on the SweatHouz sales and operating model. Welcome prospects, deliver a premium experience, and convert them into members. Then teach your team to do it as well as you do. - **The team:** Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates who hit monthly targets and take care of members. Fully staffed, always. - **The studio:** Own cleanliness and consistency so every visit feels elevated, whether it's a member's first session or their hundredth. - **The neighborhood:** Mosaic is one of Northern Virginia's busiest walkable districts. It has events in Strawberry Park, a Sunday farmers market, boutique fitness studios a short walk away, and Inova, Tysons, and the Dunn Loring Metro all minutes from the door. You'll be out in it, building partnerships, running events, and making the kind of relationships that fill a studio without an ad budget. - **The leadership table:** Join a weekly leadership meeting with our other Studio Managers to review performance and build plans that actually get executed. **How we'll measure you** - Weekly new member sales - Monthly closing percentage goals - Revenue targets - Secret shopper scores No surprises. You'll know exactly where you stand every week. **Where this goes** "Growth opportunities" is filler in most job ads. We promote from within, and we mean it. One of our Studio Managers now leads training and operations across all our studios. We're opening more locations, so the next opportunity could be yours. **You are…** Someone who's been told they're a little intense, and took it as a compliment. You keep score even when nobody's asking. You like a month with a number on it. You've sold memberships and you're good at it. You live the lifestyle you're selling. And you'd rather lead a team than manage one. **Pay** $50,000–$65,000 base salary + monthly bonus **Why Traction Wellness Group** - Health insurance - Paid vacation - Real growth opportunities. We're early, and we're expanding - Access to all SweatHouz locations for you and your partner/spouse **Requirements** - 2+ years in sales - 1+ year managing a team - Membership sales experience is a significant advantage - Availability for peak hours, including weekends - Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required **Apply** If you got to the end and felt recognized, apply. We'd love to meet you.
