Job description

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing systems) Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration). Background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing system improvement in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company) Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration). Background in data-driven decision making and process optimization. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar). Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems. Good communication and collaboration skills. Keen to detail; work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking. Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes is an advantage. Knowledge of PLC programming or machine-to system communication protocols. QC Tools Knowledgeable. Previous involvement in digital transformation or Industry 4.0 projects.
