Job description

Your key responsibilities: -For D2 project, responsible to analysis customer’s requirement, identify the risk / feasibility, support TPM to create the developing plan for this product meanwhile ,evaluate the RD cost from system’s perspective. -Do System requirement analysis according to company process. -Create technical concept to fulfill customer feature needs. -Clarify system requirement with different discipline. -Create system test cases ,and report system testing progress regularly . Your Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree (At least). -At least 3 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.) at leat 2 years of working experience in inverter product. -Fluent English language, negotiation skills. -Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill.-Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions.-Technical oriented and customer orientated.
