Job description
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process for a variety of positions, primarily junior and mid-level roles, while working closely with hiring managers and the HR team. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is desirable to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities - Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. - Job Board Management: Post and maintain job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, ensuring job postings are accurate and up to date. - Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels to identify and contact potential candidates. - Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - ATS & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in BambooHR or a similar ATS. Update internal Excel trackers and basic recruitment reports. - Document Administration: Request, collect, review, and organize candidate documentation throughout the hiring process. - Offer Support: Assist with the preparation and coordination of job offers and required documentation, following established compensation and approval guidelines. - Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and coordinating next steps. - Interview & Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate interviews and work with HR and IT teams to support a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Recruitment Analysis: Prepare basic recruitment reports and help track metrics such as open positions, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring status. - Team Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition and HR teams with recruitment projects, process improvements, and other administrative activities as needed. Qualifications • English: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams in English. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. • Recruitment Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or a related area. Internship or relevant recruiting experience may also be considered. • Recruiting Platforms: Basic to intermediate experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms. • ATS Experience: Experience with an ATS such as BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar is preferred. • Excel Skills: Basic to intermediate Excel skills for maintaining candidate trackers and recruitment reports. • Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions while meeting deadlines. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional, candidate-focused approach. • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR, IT, and other internal teams.
