Future Team Leadership Act as the HR “quarterback” today, with responsibility to hire and mentor a recruitment team as we scale. Requirements 3–5 years in full‑cycle recruitment (agency, B2B, or high‑growth startup). Proven track record building & maintaining proactive pipelines across ≥3 disciplines.
