Job description
### **Our Journey** The ShopBack Group is Asia-Pacific's leading shopping and rewards platform, trusted by over 20 million active members across 13 markets, including Germany and the United States. Driven by the vision to make every day more rewarding, ShopBack saves members money and time with more ways to earn and more to do with what they earn, and empowers merchants and brand partners to effectively engage its members. Founded in Singapore in 2014, ShopBack now powers over US$5.5 billion in annual sales and half a million transactions a day for more than 20,000 online and in-store partners. ### **The Role** We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to own end-to-end hiring, get stretch exposure to employer branding and campus recruitment, and help us build AI-powered workflows that make TA more impactful. **Internship Commitment: 6-months** ### What You'll Do - Drive end-to-end talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management — for roles across the business. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a strong, diverse candidate pipeline. - Own candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer, keeping every interaction fast and human. - Take on stretch projects in employer branding — content, campaigns, and initiatives that grow ShopBack's presence as an employer of choice. - Plan and run campus engagement events to build our early-career talent pipeline. - Build AI-powered workflows (using platforms like Claude Code, and n8n) to automate processes — and continuously look for ways AI can make TA more impactful. ### Essentials to Succeed - Undergraduates or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — prior Talent Acquisition, Project Management or Software Engineering internship is a plus, but mindset matters more than tenure. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable talking to candidates and hiring managers alike. - A builder's curiosity: genuine interest in using AI tools to automate and improve how work gets done. - Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball. - A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — comfortable taking on projects outside a narrow job scope.
