Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager dedicated to attracting, selecting and delivering exceptional talents for the hotel. • World renowned hotel within China • High profile position within The Peninsula Hotels • Favourable remuneration package Key accountabilities • Oversee overall hotel recruitment, establish efficient recruitment systems and achieve staffing targets • Manage intern recruitment process including planning, interview selection, daily follow-up and meeting arrangements • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to build long-term partnerships and talent pipelines • Optimize recruitment channels and interview processes, analyse recruitment data and improve new hire satisfaction General requirements • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with ability to conduct interviews in both Chinese and English • Strong organizational, planning skills and execution ability • Passion for luxury hotel industry with good ability to work under pressure We would be delighted to receive your CV and will liaise directly with suitable applicants.
