Job description

Experience Hire Manage the end to end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs. Develop interview protocols by accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance and governance internally Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
