Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and lead recruitment for our Innovation Hub in Bulgaria. In this role, you'll partner directly with senior Product and Engineering leaders, owning end-to-end hiring across technical and leadership positions while helping us attract some of the best talent in the Bulgarian market. You'll combine strategic stakeholder partnering, direct sourcing expertise and local market insight to build strong talent pipelines, influence hiring decisions and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
