THE ROLE: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs across the organization globally. You will help build high-performing teams while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. THE ROLE: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. You will help build high-performing teams while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruiting● Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and proactively source candidates fortechnical positions, with a focus on quality and diversity globally● Provide great candidate experience and clearly articulate candidates' skills and experience to hiringmanagersPipeline Building● Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings acrossall areas of APPLY● Regularly update candidate pipelines and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)● Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidatesCollaboration● Ability to support and collaborate across global regions, including North America, LATAM, and EMEA, with flexibility to accommodate varying time zones as needed.● Partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for eachrole● Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and collaborate on strategies to attract top talent● Work as an internal consultant and provide market insights to hiring managers, bringing broader businessand organizational goals into the context of recruitmentCandidate Management● Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a positivecandidate experience● Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates● Provide clear, transparent, and timely communication — offering personal interaction and constructivefeedback throughout the processMarket ResearchStay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide valuable insightsfor talent acquisition strategies● Conduct market research to identify potential areas for talent acquisition and recruitment improvements REQUIREMENTS: ● 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the technology, professional services, orconsulting space● Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, datascience, and related fields● Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards such as Lever and Get On Board● Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills ● Experience with AI-powered platforms including Claude, with ability to integrate them into day-to-day recruitment workflows● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment● High attention to detail and organizational skills● Strong business acumen to help bring broader business and organizational goals into context as it relatesto recruitmentNice to Have● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field● Experience with market research related to talent acquisition● Experience working in a global recruitment environment LIFE AT APPLY People are at the core of everything we do at APPLY.
