Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. ### Responsibilities: - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs; - Determine selection criteria; - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements; - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks); - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews; - Assess candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System; - Update and maintain candidate information in an Applicant Tracking System; - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. ### Requirements and skills: - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the international environment; - Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the organization; - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (recruiting for IT/Tech roles would be an advantage); - Familiarity with social media, sourcing channels, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter); - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs); - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. ### Why you’ll love working for Scale3C: - Work with some of the world’s leading and most recognized brands; - All work tools you’ll ever need; - Hybrid work model; - Office in Vilnius city centre; - Friendly and engaging team that cares about your career goals; - Bonuses based on performance;
